Our Male Fertility Test offers an easy and affordable way to check your fertility at home, with accurate results within days. It provides insights that can help you understand your fertility health and support you to take steps to improve it, if necessary.

Our test includes a sperm analysis check and a Testosterone Blood Test, which you'll receive separately. Your sperm analysis test is supplied by Mojo, while your Testosterone Blood Test is supplied by Medichecks. Your samples should be returned separately, following the instructions provided with each test.

Your Mojo test kit includes a small bottle of preserving liquid. On receipt of your kit, put this bottle straight into your fridge and keep it refrigerated until it's used.
