About this test

Our Metabolic Check provides a snapshot of two important markers of our metabolic state - HbA1c and Thyroid Function - along with a Lipid profile and the essential Vitamins B12, Folate and D, and Iron levels. A series of these profiles over time (for example every 6 months) would be ideal for those who wish to track their blood chemistry over a period of time, whilst making lifestyle changes.

This test is available as a vacutainer (whole blood) or fingerprick sample collection option. You can choose to visit a Tuli Pharmacy or Superdrug venue to give the sample, or have a Nurse Home Visit. Select your preferred option at checkout.

Leptin Blood Test

Struggling with hunger, weight gain, or difficulty losing weight? Leptin is a hormone that helps regulate appetite and metabolism, but imbalances can lead to leptin resistance, making it harder for your body to recognise when you're full.

Weight Loss Monitoring

Your weight-loss journey is about more than the number on the scales. If you're taking Ozempic®, Mounjaro®, Wegovy® or another GLP-1 weight-loss medication, our comprehensive blood test measures more than 50 biomarkers across health areas that may be affected during treatment.
