Chronic fatigue syndrome is a long-term illness and goes by the name of myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME). The main symptom of chronic fatigue is extreme tiredness. Other symptoms include:
Muscle or joint pain
Headaches
Sleep problems
Cognitive issues
Fast or irregular heartbeat
Sore throat
Nausea
Dizziness
Are you frequently feeling unusually tired? If you are, you should have a comprehensive check of the main causes of fatigue. The Better2Know chronic fatigue test will also look at the other leading causes of fatigue, such as diabetes, vitamin deficiencies, and anaemia.
