UK Government listed COVID-19 PCR tests from £99
On the 17th May, the UK Government's traffic light system launched with foreign countries rated as red, amber, or green for Covid-19 and these colours determine the rules travellers must follow when entering England from abroad. The Test to Release scheme is for international travellers arriving in England from 'amber countries'. Under the scheme, travellers can choose to complete an additional private PCR Covid-19 test on day 5 of their mandatory 10 day quarantine. If the result is negative, self-isolation ends early.
Book one of over 190 time slots online and simply present your QR code on the day of your test. Our team will provide everything you need for your test, guide you through your observed self-collection, and will organise your sample to be couriered to our laboratory.
Travellers are also required to complete the mandatory amber day 2 and day 8 COVID-19 tests during quarantine. Even if the Test to Release result is negative and you are released from quarantine, you still need to take a test on day 8 to check that you do not have coronavirus.

What is Test to Release?
The Test to Release for International Travel scheme allows travellers arriving in England from amber list countries to choose to pay for a private COVID-19 test to find out if they can reduce their 10 day quarantine period. Travellers must take the Test to Release test no earlier than day 5 of quarantine. If the result is negative, quarantine ends early.
For more information, please visit the UK Government's website.
When should I book my test?
You cannot take a Test to Release test until you have been in England for 5 full days. You should book your Test to Release test slot for day 5 of your quarantine.
For example, you arrive in England on Monday. Tuesday will be your first full day of quarantine. You can take a test no earlier than the 5th day after arrival in England - therefore you should book a test for the Saturday. You must continue to quarantine while you await your test result.

Can I end my quarantine as soon as I've taken the test?
No, you must continue to quarantine while you await your test result.
Is this a walk-in or drive-thru test?
All of our locations are walk-in Testing Pods. You do not require a car to book at one of our COVID-19 test sites. All of our Testing Pods have car parks for you to park in if you drive to the location.
What happens if my result is positive?
If the test is positive you need to quarantine for another 10 days. Count the 10 days starting from the day after you took the test, or from when you first had symptoms if that is earlier.
