Manage your family members’ health records through the secure, easy-to-use Sail Screen app.

Requirements for your voyage with Disney Cruise Line

To enjoy the unique magic of Disney at sea, all guests must use Sail Screen to adhere to the below measures:

Those considered "recently recovered" are not required to participate in pre-sail, embarkation or debarkation testing.
  • Guests 4 years of age and younger are not required to be vaccinated but must provide proof of either a negative Covid-19 test taken between 3 days and 24 hours before their sail date or having recovered from Covid-19 within 11-90 days of their sail date. Those considered "recently recovered" are not required to participate in pre-sail, embarkation or debarkation testing. Book a PCR test to be performed in Barcelona with our partner Cerba.

Frequently Asked Questions

+

Do children under 5 years of age have to take a PCR test?

Yes, and the PCR test needs to be taken between 3 days and 24 hours before their sail date.

+

What is the difference between clear to arrive and clear to sail?

Clear to arrive means that you’ll need to do an antigen test with us when you arrive. Clear to sail means that your Proof of 90-Day Recovery has been approved, so you do not need to do an antigen test at the port.

+

Can I submit a Proof of 90-Day Recovery after I have submitted a Proof of Vaccination?

No, but if you present a valid Proof of 90-Day Recovery when you arrive at the port, we’ll update your status.

+

How do I add another cruise?

Please contact customer service, and we’ll add your new cruise once your previous cruise has disembarked.

+

What if a guest turns 5 years old within 5 weeks of the sail date, and is not yet fully vaccinated?

Guests who turn 5 years old within 5 weeks of the sail date, and are not yet fully vaccinated, are permitted to sail with proof of a negative COVID-19 test result (paid for by the Guest) taken between 3 days and 24 hours before their sail date. The test should be a NAAT test, rapid PCR test or lab-based PCR test. Rapid antigen tests are not accepted.

+

What vaccines are accepted?

The accepted vaccines are Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, Covavaxin, Novavax, Sinopharm and Sinovac. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) defines fully vaccinated as (fourteen) 14 days after receiving: a single dose of an accepted 1-dose vaccine; OR the second dose of an accepted 2-dose vaccine; OR the full series of an active (not placebo) COVID-19 vaccine in the US-based AstraZeneca or Novavax COVID-19 vaccine trials; OR the second dose of any “mix and match” combination of accepted COVID-19 vaccines (administered at least 17 days apart).
