Then walk for 3 mins to the airport From central London via public transport, take a Greater Anglia train from Liverpool Street Station (Circle, Hammersmith and City, Central, and Metropolitan underground lines) to Southend Airport Train Station. Then walk for 4 mins to the airport

Directions to the Project Screen test centre
The Project Screen test centre is on the south side of the Southend Airport site, whereas the Southend Airport Terminal Building and Train Station are both on the east side of the airport site.
Car parking: from the Harp House roundabout (McDonald's and Holiday Inn), take the north exit towards the Long Stay 3 car park.
Then immediately take the first left exit on the mini roundabout, to drive west with the rear side of the Holiday Inn hotel on your left.
With the Long Stay 3 car park on your right and the Holiday Inn on your left, take the second exit of the mini roundabout to enter the car park called "Staff and Hotel Car Park".
If prompted, please take a ticket, then park on the right hand side of the "Staff and Hotel Car Park".
Looking at the airport buildings, you will see bright yellow signage directing you to the entrance of the Project Screen test centre.
When will I get my results?
A dedicated courier drives samples directly to our lab at the end of each day, this means your sample arrives at our lab on the same day as your Test Pod appointment. The average actual lab arrival time for Southend Airport is 7:15 PM. The sample is processed within 24 hours of arrival or less. We often find pod couriers to be faster than Royal Mail, particularly over the weekend.
What is a guided self-swab?
