A dedicated courier drives samples directly to our lab at the end of each day, this means your sample arrives at our lab on the same day as your Test Pod appointment. We often find pod couriers to be faster than Royal Mail, particularly over the weekend.
What is a guided self-swab?
There are trained team members at each of our pop-up Test Pod locations, who will guide you through taking your swab by providing step-by-step verbal tips, for a hassle-free sample collection. As our Testing Pods are contact-free locations, our team members will not perform the COVID-19 test for you.
If you are booking a Fit to Fly PCR test appointment at one of the Test Pods, please ensure your destination country accepts "self-collection" PCR tests.
